Kauri seedlings generally should be placed in a warm area away from too much direct sunlight. Aim to water your treepot approximately every 3-4 days with half a cup of water, keeping the soil moist but not wet. You want to avoid water sitting in the bottom of the pot otherwise it can suffer from root rot.
That’s about it….enjoy it!

There are many options for planting out your Treepot once it out grows the space you have for it. If you don’t have access to land where you would like to plant it we suggest contact DOC or your local council. You should be able to donate it to a public space or bush for many others to enjoy also.
